Honda CM250C

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

The Honda CM250 is a 234 cc parallel-twin, air-cooled, overhead cam four-stroke cruiser motorcycle that Honda produced from 1981 to 1983, with a top speed of 85 mph and about 70 mpg. The 234 cc North American variant was coded CM250C and was the precursor of the current Honda CMX250C Rebel 250, while the European variant was the CM250TB. Based on the Superdream CB250N engine but with a five-speed gearbox, it was set apart by North American cruiser styling with a stepped seat, high handlebars, megaphone silencers and a teardrop tank, with much chrome and polished alloy that corroded easily. American models had a 17 bhp engine and UK models 27 bhp.
