Sikorsky HH-60 Pave Hawk

Lighter-Than-Air Craft and Rotorcraft

The Sikorsky MH-60 and HH-60 Pave Hawk and the HH-60W Jolly Green II are four-blade, twin-engine, medium-lift utility military helicopters made by Sikorsky Aircraft, derived from the S-70 and the UH-60 Black Hawk with the US Air Force PAVE electronic systems for day or night operations into hostile environments. The MH-60G was meant for inserting and recovering special operations personnel, while the HH-60G core mission is recovering personnel under hostile conditions, including combat search and rescue, and it also flies civil search and rescue, medical evacuation and disaster relief. The Air Force is replacing its HH-60G and MH-60G aircraft with the HH-60W.
