Urban Rapid Transit Systems

Metro and underground systems that carry passengers within a city. An entry belongs here when the cited article calls the system a rapid transit system. It excludes intercity railways. Entries are placed by what their own cited article says, so each one sits in the narrowest group its source supports, and the group page lists it beside the other members. It is one of the groups under the Railways and Rail Transit Infrastructure subcategory of the Transport atlas, which has its own browse page listing every group and member.
