Volvo B10M

The Volvo B10M is a bus and coach chassis built by Swedish manufacturer Volvo Buses, produced from the 1970s into the 2000s and supplied as a rolling chassis to independent coachbuilders across Europe and beyond who fitted it with their own bodywork for use as intercity coaches, tourist coaches and, in some markets, city buses. Built around a rear-mounted, horizontally underfloor-mounted engine that left the chassis largely flat and adaptable to many body styles, it became one of the best-selling coach chassis in European history and was manufactured under license in several countries, valued by operators for its durability and the wide choice of bodywork available from different coachbuilders on the same mechanical base.
