School and Specialist Buses

Buses built or adapted for a particular job rather than for ordinary scheduled city or intercity service, such as carrying students to school in a standardised and highly visible design, or serving airports, tours or institutions. An entry belongs here when the cited article calls the vehicle a school bus or another purpose built specialist bus. It excludes ordinary city transit buses, intercity coaches and bus chassis. Entries are placed by what their own cited article says, so each one sits in the narrowest group its source supports, and the group page lists it beside the other members.
