Renault PR100.3

Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The Renault PR100.3 was a step-entrance and low-floor single-decker bus sold in Australia, based on the Renault R312. Like the PR100.2, it was a package that combined a standard R312 front, chassis and dash with a choice of bodywork. Only three Australian operators bought it: ACTION, King Brothers and Transperth. ACTION bought 42 with Austral-Denning bodies, two of which began on compressed natural gas and were converted to diesel in 2007, and all 42 had been withdrawn by July 2020. Busways inherited 25 when it bought King Brothers from its receivers in 2004, and Transperth had a single Volgren-bodied example that was withdrawn in 2016 and sold for preservation.
