MAN Lion's City

Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The MAN Lion's City is a low-floor city bus built by the German manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus, introduced in the early 2000s as the company's standard urban transit bus platform, produced in single-deck, articulated and double-decker versions for European and international transit markets. Built with a low floor throughout the passenger area to speed boarding and meet accessibility standards, and later offered in diesel, natural gas, hybrid and fully battery-electric variants, it became one of the most widely used city bus families in Europe, operated by major municipal transit agencies across many countries. Continuing updates to the platform through successive generations kept it a mainstay of MAN's bus business well into the era of electrified urban public transport.
