Renault KX

Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The Renault KX was a light coach made by Renault in the 1920s, produced from 1923 to 1924 as the KX coach and the KX1, which served as both coach and bus. In 1924 the Paris-region public transport company ordered fifteen KX1 buses, which entered service on the express lines of its network but, because of their small capacity, were downgraded to suburban lines from January 1926 and withdrawn from service in 1935. The KX and KX1 have a four-cylinder engine of 48 hp, and the buses carry about 25 passengers.
