Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The Renault AEY is a coach designed by Renault in the 1930s. A 23-seat coach, it was produced in 1937 and 1938 with three types of engine: the AEY with a petrol engine, the AEYD with a diesel and the AEYH with a producer-gas unit. Two engines were offered, a four-cylinder petrol engine of 100 by 129 mm and a four-cylinder diesel engine of 100 by 150 mm. The gearbox has four forward speeds, the braking is servo-operated, and the rear axle is a load-carrying one.
