Renault AEMD

Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The Renault AEMD was a coach designed by Renault in 1936 and built from 1937 to 1939. Its project code was AEM, and the letter D marked the diesel engine, a six-cylinder unit rated at 150 horsepower. The French article belongs to a pair with the Renault ZP, citing a 2006 magazine piece on the forward-control coaches of Renault, and lists the Berliet PCK as a related coach. The article is short and gives no dimensions, seating or production total.
