Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The Isuzu Gala is a heavy-duty rigid tourist coach produced by Isuzu through the J-Bus joint venture. The first generation, built from 1996 to 2005, was offered in both left-hand and right-hand drive and came in the Gala I HD high-decker, the Gala II Super high-decker and the Gala III Grace high-decker, all 12 metres long, as well as a 9 metre HD-9. A driver's airbag became standard in 1997, and a version was also built as the Guangzhou Gala. The second generation, introduced in 2005 and still listed as current, is a rebadged Hino S'elega and is sold as 12 metre SHD and HD coaches and a 9 metre HD9.
