The Albion Valkyrie was a forward-control bus and coach chassis built by Albion Motors at its Scotstoun works in Glasgow from 1930 to 1938. It used a five litre engine, enlarged to 6.1 litres in 1933, with a 7.8 litre engine offered as an option from 1935, and it was sold mainly as a coach. The Valkyrie was one of the five Albion passenger models given names beginning with V, the others being the Victor, Valiant, Viking and Venturer. A Valkyrie CX version, with the engine and gearbox mounted as one unit, followed in 1937 and stayed in production until 1950.
