Nils Bohlin

Nils Ivar Bohlin lived from 17 July 1920 to 21 September 2002 and was a Swedish mechanical engineer and inventor who invented the three-point safety belt while working at Volvo. The source lead states this achievement and nothing more, so it gives no account of the belt's development, its introduction in cars or his other work.
