The Nissan QD is an inline four-cylinder overhead valve diesel that succeeded the Nissan TD engine and was produced from the mid-1990s through 2000. A turbocharger was used on three variants: the QD32ETi for the Elgrand and Terrano, the QD32T, and the intercooled QD32Ti sold in Chinese markets in the Nissan Cabstar. The Nissan ZD engine replaced it. The article lists applications including the Datsun Truck D22 from 1997 to 2002, the Nissan Atlas F23 from 1997 to 2007 and the Elgrand E50 from 1997 to 1999.
