The Nissan GA is a family of 1.3 to 1.6 L inline-four piston engines with a cast iron block and an aluminium head. Versions include single and double overhead camshaft layouts, 8, 12 and 16 valve heads, carburetted, single-point and multi-point injected fuel systems, and variable valve timing on the GA16DE. The GA was produced from August 1987 through 2013, and since 1998 it was available only from Mexico in the B13. It powered models such as the Sunny N14 and B13, the Sentra B13 and B14, and the Almera and Pulsar N15.
