Fiat 505

Automobiles

The Fiat 505 was a passenger car produced by Fiat from 1919 to 1925. It shared the basic design of the four-cylinder Fiat 501 but had a larger engine and bigger exterior dimensions, placing it a step up the range. Its 2296 cc engine, rated at 30 hp, allowed a top speed of about 80 kilometres per hour (50 mph). Some 30,000 examples were built over the six years of production, and the 505 later served as the starting point for the Fiat 507.
