The Fiat 50 HP was a touring car that the Italian maker Fiat built from 1908 to 1910. It had a Fiat four cylinder in-line engine of 7,430 cubic centimetres that developed 50 horsepower at only 1,400 revolutions a minute, a four speed gearbox with a multi-plate clutch and a top speed of 90 kilometres an hour. The service brakes acted on the transmission, the parking brake on the rear axle, and ignition was by magneto. The Italian physicist Guglielmo Marconi owned one, and the model was replaced by the Fiat Tipo 5, a car of the very top of the maker's range.
