Toyota Sprinter Trueno (TE71 series) model years

The model year pages of the Toyota Sprinter Trueno (TE71 series), 1979 to 1982. Each page covers one model year of this generation and links to the year before and after it, to the generation page and to the Toyota Sprinter Trueno model page, so the whole run can be followed one year at a time. Body styles are properties of the pages and not separate groups. In brief: The third generation of the Sprinter Trueno and Corolla Levin was released in May 1979, powered by the same 115 PS fuel injected 2T-GEU engine from the previous generation.
