Fiat Toro

Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Fiat Toro is a compact pickup truck made by Fiat in Brazil. It was developed under the codename Type 226 as the second product of the FCA factory at Goiana in Pernambuco and became Brazil's first medium-compact pickup since the Renault Duster Oroch. It derives from the Fiat FCC4 Concept and shares its Small Wide 4x4 architecture with the Jeep Renegade, Jeep Compass and Fiat 500X. In several Latin American markets, including Colombia, it is sold as the Ram 1000. The Toro won a Red Dot Design Award in May 2016, sold over 100,000 units in Brazil in its first two years, and received a facelift in April 2021 with a turbocharged 1.3-liter petrol and ethanol engine.
