The Hyundai Staria is a van and minivan that Hyundai has manufactured since 2021. It succeeded the rear-wheel-drive Starex with a front-wheel-drive platform shared with other large Hyundai and Kia vehicles, and it shares its N3 platform and components with the fourth-generation Kia Carnival. The name was coined by joining the words star and ria. Its look was described as spaceship-like, with a low beltline and wide panoramic side windows, and it is sold as a standard Tourer or Cargo model and as the upscale Staria Lounge or Premium in seven and nine seat forms. It is marketed in South Korea, South Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America and several European countries, and a battery electric Staria Electric was unveiled in January 2026.
