Air China Inner Mongolia

Air China Inner Mongolia was a Chinese regional airline based at Hohhot Baita International Airport, established on 23 August 2013 as a joint venture between Air China, which held an 80 percent stake, and Inner Mongolia State-owned Capital Management Co., Ltd, which held the remaining 20 percent. It began commercial operations on 8 January 2014, flying an all-Boeing 737 fleet of 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft to 19 destinations, mostly within China, and it offered codeshare agreements and loyalty-program integration with its parent Air China. The airline was created to strengthen Air China's regional presence in Inner Mongolia. It was re-integrated into Air China and ceased operating under its own name on 15 October 2025, ending just under twelve years as a distinct regional carrier.
