Air and Space Mode

Transport modes that move people or goods through the atmosphere or beyond it, whether by fixed-wing aircraft, rotorcraft, lighter-than-air craft or spacecraft. Belongs here: any mode whose medium is air or space, from commercial and cargo aviation to helicopters, airships, seaplanes and orbital or suborbital spaceflight. Does not belong here: the aircraft or spacecraft themselves as vehicles, or the airlines and airports that operate and host them, which belong under Vehicles and Infrastructure respectively.
